To succeed in this you will need the following skills , experience and qualification
• Good typing speed
• Knowledge of Electrical equipment and IT components
• Creativity and a positive can do attitude
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to cope well under pressure
• Any IT or relevant qualification
• Minimum 1 years’ Experience
Duties involved but not limited to:
• Answering customers queries
• Updating product details on marketplace
• Replying the emails
We also do run some training programs for people who are new to the field . So students are welcome. We do train them . Terms and condition apply.
