Help Desk & IT Support
Currently, we are actively seeking the appointment of a new Service Desk support engineer to be based in our Christchurch office.
To be the ideal candidate, you will be a grad/intern seeking some professional IT support experience. You will have an opportunity to learn and get practical experience in Internet and voice services along with some experience with the desktop, server, and Microsoft infrastructure and cloud support.
We have a fantastic team, culture, and very supportive environment for you to learn and excel within.
Communications and customer service are key to the role and we expect high levels of personal presentation, customer service, and English language from the successful candidate. This role will require both remote and onsite work. An open-minded and outgoing personality would be a good fit for our organization.
