pcMedia was established in Marlborough in 1993 and is now a national Information Technology and Service and Support organisation supporting both business and education clients, from Northland to Invercargill, whilst proudly retaining our head office in Marlborough. We are currently looking for an additional support technician to join our Nelson / Tasman based team.
Based from our Blenheim office and working predominantly with our business clients in the Top of the South you will be supported by our helpdesk team and solution architects and be part of our growing national team.
Experience in Windows and Mac hardware, Microsoft Office 365 and the Microsoft Server platform is essential. Experience with networking and Cloud applications such as Azure and Google GSuite would be an advantage. The ideal candidate will have a base ICT qualification with some industry experience in the commercial and / or education sectors.
You will need to be a leader in customer service, have an ability to take ownership of jobs and work well as part of a team. You will also need to be comfortable talking to customers (both existing and prospective) about our ICT offering and assist our sales team in the region. You will work closely with the senior members of the team to identify customer requirements and achieve the best possible outcome for the customer.

Applicants for this position must be currently living in New Zealand and have citizenship, residency, or a current valid Work Permit and a current NZ Drivers Licence. You will also be required to complete a police check.
