We are currently looking for ICT Systems Test Engineer to join our Auckland team. As part of the team you will participate in technical research and systems testing enabling continuing service delivery to our customer base.
The role will include (but is not limited to):
Testing, identifying, and diagnosing functionality errors and faults in systems..
Reporting test results and bugs and initial log analysis for pinpoint the issues for further analysis and responsible to create, maintain technical documentation.
Assist in troubleshooting, diagnosing, testing and recommend corrective action plans and improvements in and resolving the detected issues through monitoring.
Identifying potential high-risk areas and the variations in the system and create the technical documentation.
Key Skills & Experience:
Relevant bachelor or higher qualification or 5 years of relevant industry experience
Ability to learn and implement manual and automated software testing methodologies.
Ability to produce quality work and display continual attention to detail.
Customer service experience preferred.
Document composition (e.g., procedures or technical manuals)
Working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
