From this 50% growth and our next planned phase of development we have an exciting opportunity for an Insights and IT expert to join us on our journey. At Humes a role is about more than the money, you will have full leadership and autonomy with your team with the opportunity to grow the role with the business.

Duties will include:

Develop and roll out PowerBI reporting across the business to deliver consistent outcomes
Ownership of the companies IT relationships with external providers
Management of our hardware continually looking for improvements
Supporting our team to ensure that their IT needs compliment their work rather than complicate
Ensuring networking requirements are fulfilled for new projects
Ensuring we have secure communication pathways across our multiple sites
Accurate budgeting and CAPEX development plan Your experience will ideally be in developing and executing digital reporting and road maps across a range of business units, while interpreting strategic plans into IT requirements to allow for our growth.

Key requirements for the role will be:

Strong data insights and PowerBI reporting skillsets
Strategic planning and implementation of IT strategy
Continuous improvement in search of operational excellence
Solution based mindset
IT experience across hardware and software
Excellent organisational, problem solving and time management skills involving team members and valuing their contribution
Experience within the industry would be valuable
