OneClick has an exciting opportunity for a person with at least three years website management experience, to take the next step in their career. This varied role will involve working on a range of exciting website projects for our local and international client base. The right person must have experience in account management, dealing directly with clients. A good understanding of websites, Ecommerce, CMS systems and software integration. A willingness to learn, ability to use your initiative and strong problem solving skills will be key to succeeding in this role.

TASKS/DUTIES

Scoping
Analysis, strategy, functional documentation, wireframes and quotation.

Project Management
Briefing, coordinating and liaising with all staff, contractors and clients
Liaising between both the creative and technical teams
Working within budgets and timelines

Project Delivery
Checking the quality of work with other staff via testing and usability etc.
Ensuring client expectations are met in relation to service, quality and delivery are met


Skills Required
• 3+ years’ experience in the IT industry
• Preferably with Ecommence and CMS experience.
• A qualification preferably in computer science, information systems, business or communications.
