Sadly one of our ladies is retiring, so we need a new team member.
A full-time sewing and repair person is required in our busy sewing team.
The work entails detailing all our cleaned curtains ready to rehang at our customer's home.
General repairs and alterations, new linings and all those things that make curtains like new again.
You will need to have proven sewing skills, good measuring skills, be able to lift heavy curtains and work in a team.
Much of the work is on your feet work.
Experience with other types of industrial sewing or curtain sewing would be an advantage.
We work Monday to Friday and have some flexibility in the hours to be worked.
Attention to detail and accuracy is important.
Curtain Clean is located in Greerton and we have been cleaning altering and repairing curtains here for 18 years.
