we are a busy construction company, building residential houses in Auckland
we are seeking 2-3 apprentice/experienced carpenters to join our young friendly team.
this is a on going full time position. Mon-Sat 7.30-18.30, most of site is at south and west Auckland, but other region in Auckland may request.
What you’ll need to succeed for appenetice:
You will be assisting carpenters on construction sites.
You should ideally have careful mind with tools and equipment
be physically fit, be strong with great attendance.
you must have own transport.
Mandarin, Cantonese or English perfered. you must be a good team player with a "can do" attiduted.
Training will be provided so you do not have to come with relevant work experience.
This role will include, but not limited to:
Load and unloading construction materials
General site clean ups and assistance
Ensures work area is safe, clean and organized, and that equipment is safe to operate
Assisting with measuring and cutting materials
Cutting timbers and down to size, as needed
Cleaning construction sites, tools and equipment
For experienced carpenter, you need to have 2+ years experience in construction site, with your own tools kit and transport. hourly rate depend on your experienced.
