Position available - Builder / Foreman (Contractor)
Area based - Henderson
Position involves - Building tiny homes
Pay rate $45 (flexible to reflect what skills, knowledge, experience, out look and progression you bring to the table)
Hours: 7.30am to 4pm Monday to Friday
About you: Flexibility and Reliabilty are key
We are looking for a suitably skilled and experienced builder (ability to read plans, follow instructions, and eventually give instructions and take the lead)
This position would involve progression long term to take over the lead builder/site foreman position by next year of a small hard working team out on our yard - we are busy and need a flexible, multi tasker. We are willing to invest in to the right person
We are a positive bunch with a relaxed atmosphere, a small business so you will need to be able to think independently and be accountable

All tools and materials are on-site to use

Over-time on Saturdays can sometimes be made available when we are busy to the right person
Great, supportive management team to work with
Ideally you would have had some experience managing over a team (pay rate would reflect this) training will be provided to our site-specific needs and how we work together as a company
