I am a Private Developer who requires Builders on Wages to build a 2 Storey Townhouse Development in St Albans, Christchurch. This will be based on 40 hours a week for minimum 5 month term but may be longer if other Projects flow on from this Development.
I am a relaxed easy going guy who will call into site a few times a day but will not be looking over your shoulder or checking on you every 5 minutes.
Happy to pay good hourly rates depending on Qualifications / Experience.
You will need to have most of your own tools required but this can be discussed.
Foundation / Floor is currently being done by others.
You will be required to do the following:
# Frames / Trusses & Structural Steel
# Ceiling Battens
# Internal Doors, Vanities, Skirting & Fit off
# Stairs
# Ecoply, Cedar Weather board etc
# Soffits
# Timber Decks
# Fences
# Anything else required to complete the Project
May be required to help out on my other projects also if required during this 5 month period.
Position 1) LBP Builder who can sign off their work and Supervise the 3 other Builders / Labourers.
Position 2) Qualified or Experienced Builder.
Position 3) Labourer who has some basic building experience who can think for themselves and does not need to be told all the time what to do next.
Position 4) Labourer who has some basic building experience who can think for themselves and does not need to be told all the time what to do next.
I am looking for Reliable, Committed and Trust Worthy workers so if you can't turn up each day and be on time then don't bother applying.
