**Job Description:**
We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Car Painter and Panel Beater to join our team at our Otahuhu location in Auckland. In this role, you will be responsible for refinishing and repairing automotive surfaces, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
- Apply paint coats using various methods such as spray guns and brushes.
- Conduct panel beating and repair work as needed, including dent removal and surface smoothing.
- Inspect and evaluate finished work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion.
**Requirements:**
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines.
