The company has been in the building construction market for more than 12 years.
We have a number of residential projects on the way and have recently expended our business to Trailer Homes, Relocatable Homes and has a joinery factory
We are currently looking for a good experienced carpenter and joinery installer who can work independently.
Responsibilities for the role are as follows:
- Ability to read building plans and schemes
- make and assemble doors, window frames, staircases and fitted furniture - - fit wooden structures, like floor and roof joists, roof timbers, staircases, partition walls, and door and window frames.
- install skirting boards, door surrounds, doors, cupboards and shelving, as well as door handles and locks.
- build temporary wooden supports to hold concrete in place while it sets, for example building foundations
- measure, cut, prepare and assemble timber and timber board products to make interior fittings such as kitchen cabinets, doors, window frames and stairs.
- Nailing fascia panels, sheathing roofs, and fitting exterior wall cladding and door and window frames;
- high level of workmanship
- Ability to do painting and tiling will be added advantage.

Skills
Minimum of Ten years work experience in building industry or equivalent qualification. The applicant may be invited for an practical test before consideration;
- We have vacancy for two available for same role
- Clean Driver Licence.
- Must pass drug tests.
- Site safe passport required
