The role is permanent full time position with varying hours throughout the day/evening!
Reporting to our Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
Delivering effective and constructive staff management solutions
Effective management of your team of cleaners
Accurately and efficiently action any tickets
Perform thorough quality checks on all sites and ensure any issues that are found, are resolved
About you:
5 + years of supervisory experience
Experience with leading/managing large teams
10 + years of industry experience
Exceptional people skills and people management are a must in this role!
