We are a well-established vehicle recovery provider servicing the Auckland Metropolitan area.
Throughout the thirty plus years of business, we have acquired contracts with NZ Police, major insurance companies, Auckland Council & Transport, along with various parking operators.
Given the diversity of our client base, the role offers a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same. Our callouts can include but are not limited to serious accidents, breakdowns & roadside assistance, parking enforcement & vehicle removal, as well as inner-city events.
Our call centre/dispatch office operates 24/7 and we are seeking experienced dispatch operators who can ensure that our fleet is coordinated in an efficient manner to maintain our KPI’s.
The ideal candidate:
Proven relevant industry dispatch experience
Mechanically minded
Attention to detail
Experienced in quality customer services
Proven communication skills – both written and verbal (phone & RT)
High level data entry
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Self-starter and is driven to achieve their best
Shows initiative without instruction
Excellent work ethics
Can work as part of a team
