Drain Surgeons is a Kiwi owned and operated business specialising in all aspects of drainage work from small domestic drain unblocking and repairs through to large industrial commercial drainage projects. We are proud to be an established leader in the domestic Sanitary Sewer and Storm Water maintenance industry where we are committed to a comprehensive policy of environmental responsibility, sustainability and safety.
We are currently on the hunt for experienced Drain Layers who would like to work flexible hours and be based from Auckland's North Shore.
You will be a certified and/or registered Drain Layer who wants to add value to the community as well as being part of a well-respected organisation.
You know what you're doing, and you get the job done - including the correct installation, renewal and replacement of drainage systems to the AS/NZS 3500.2.2003 standards, excavation and installation of sanitary sewer and storm water systems 100mm in diameter and greater; with a good understanding of Work Safe practices. A class 2 license is preferable, but not essential.
The role will also include excavation and trenching for drainage, the ability to interpret job documentation, draw as-built drawings, planning of works and record variations to drain laying works as required.
You'll make sure everything is completed in a timely and safe manner.
