Requirements
Experience within the Collision Repair Industry
Experience in the preparation of quotes
Experience using Partstrader, PNet, ORM and IBody-shop or similar
Excellent attention to detail
Strong customer focus and good people skills
Good relationships with Assessors
Trade certified and knowledge of repair methods
Parts management and returns
