Candidate must Adhere to and exceed the following expectations:
A minimum of 5 years experience
LBP in carpentry is preferred
Must be able to run a team and train apprentices
Must have a range of tools
Be familiar with the building code
Take pride in their work
Manage and communicate with sub trades as well as team onsite
Ability to resolve and problem solve onsite
Able to work and run a team
Have a can-do and proactive attitude
Well presented
