Candidate must meet the following:
A minimum of 5 years experience
LBP in carpentry is preferred
Must be able to run a team and train apprentices
Be able to run regular site meetings with the team and if required, clients
Must have a range of tools
Be familiar with the building code and adhere to health and safety requirements
Take pride in their work
Manage and communicate with sub trades as well as team onsite
Ability to resolve and problem solve onsite
Have a can-do and proactive attitude
Well presented
