Because no 2 boat builds are ever the same – the successful applicant will gain extensive experience that will expand and boost their skills, and set them apart by learning the amphibious side of the industry.
The suitable applicant will be:
Experienced in Mig and Tig Aluminium welding or an apprentice who is in their third year of alloy boat building.
Be able to build a craft from drawings and plans.
Flexibility to do custom work.
Cut and scribe to fit panels (not common on our boats as they are all CAD designed and CNC cut and fold).
Sand, grind and prep all aluminium substrates for painting.
A team player, prepared to contribute to the growth of the company.
Reliable and not afraid of doing the Mahi.
