Dairy Support Farm – General Hand Wanted

Spectrum Group is a progressive farming business with farming interests in Canterbury and the Waikato. At the heart of Spectrum Group’s success are the people that are involved in the day-to-day operation of the business, so there is a strong focus on training and developing their people.
We are now looking for an honest, hard-working and reliable worker for our heifer grazing unit located 15 minutes from Darfield, between West Melton and Kirwee. With no accommodation available, this is a drive in role.
The role involves stock work, fencing and maintenance, some machinery operating (feeding out etc) and moving the irrigators. Experience in some or all of these would be a bonus, but this could be an entry-level role for someone with a great attitude and a strong work ethic – the team on-farm are highly skilled and happy to train you, so if you back yourself to learn, you’re fit and healthy, and you take pride in a job well done, we want to hear from you!
