We are Not far away from starting our very very busy summer season
Kiwifruit summer season is a great time to come and make money to travel the rest of NZ.
Bud thinning is the first job very easy work. Long hours .between 40 and 55 hours a week but like all out side jobs its weather permitted,long beautiful sunny days .
The pay is all hourly paid NZ minimum wage plus 8%holiday and ur payslip emailed to you every week .I have been hiring happy backpackers for 11 years now but I only deal with the 5 best companies in opotiki that pay right and pay on time that way we all are happy .
Work will be available at the start of October and will go till March then our picking season will start March to June.
River view lodge backpackers is a very loved hostel by hundreds of past backpackers. I have double rooms rooms with 2 beds./3beds /4 beds /7 beds so lots of space I also do van / car parking if u choose to sleep in your van ..come join us for our summer work .
We have beautiful beaches great for swimming. Beautiful rivers / many bike trails and hiking trails.
