Trafalgar Painting Co. Ltd. are a well esteablished reputable marine and commercial painting company based in Port Nelson. We are looking for an experienced marine and commercial painting foreman to join our growing team. This fast-paced role is ideal for someone who can work hard, get stuck in and can flourish in a high paced, high pressure environment.
Applicants must have:
3 years minimum of marine and commercial painting
The ability to lead a team and give instructions, including but not limited to staff management, follow paint specifications, work to a dead line and under pressure
A great eye for detail and take pride in your work
Good time management
A sound mechanical knowledge of waterblasters, sandblasters and spray painting equipment
The following are a requirement for the role and preferred but not essential as training for these can be provided:
Confined Space certification
Working at heights certification
EWP certification
Marine and Commercial Foreman
