Mill Manager & Head Storeperson
Our client, Clarke’s Seed and Feed, has been a recognisable name in the Agricultural sector for generations. We are pleased to offer this outstanding opportunity to join their team.
We are seeking a candidate to fill the role of Mill Manager and Storeperson. This role would suit a person from a variety of backgrounds but some farming knowledge and some basic engineering experience and a ‘can do, fix it’ attitude would help.
Key responsibilities are:
Grain Handling – Quality control and testing of inwards and outwards goods.
Stockfeed Manufacturing – Receiving, processing and dispatch of stockfeed.
Maintenance Co-ordination – Maintenance on systems, vehicles and machinery.
Grainstore Co-ordination – Responsible for all aspects of Mill and Store when director is off site.
Attributes required:
• Work unsupervised
• Excellent book keeping
• Light Engineering experience
• Good time management
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Forklift and class 2 licence
• Good communication skills
• Staff management skills
This is a full time permanent roll paying $75,000 PA.
