Maidstone Yamaha is currently seeking a fully qualified and competent motorcycle technician to assist in supporting the ongoing success of Maidstone Yamaha. We would consider a car technician who has an interest in transitioning into motorcycles.
This role would ideally suit someone who enjoys working independently within a small busy team, is comfortable dealing daily with customers and who is happy assisting and working alongside fellow staff members.
Ideally we are seeking a fully qualified motorcycle mechanic or someone who is currently working towards a qualification.
We would also consider a motor vehicle technician who would like to further their experience and transition from cars to bikes.
All candidates must have a clean drivers license with a minimum of a motorcycle learners licence. Own tools are required, and must be a NZ resident or have a work visa.
Maidstone Yamaha offers a friendly modern and clean work environment. We support on-going training to the right candidate.
An excellent remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate based on experience. (Top hourly rate along with excellent staff buying privileges)
Hours are Monday-Friday with a balance of two Saturday 1/2 days per month.
