Permanent Office Admin and delivery role in a magazine rental company based in Pakuranga
Approx. 30 hours or more per week
Mon – Friday within business hours
Magazine delivery in company car

This role is a good mix of office work and being out on road delivering magazines per week.
Magz2u is the only magazine rental company supplying magazines to businesses like Hair Salons, Cafes, Doctors etc all over New Zealand. We have very happy customers and work in a relaxed office environment.

Suitable Requirement: -
- Ability to work independently, this position is sometimes sole charge.
- Packing the Magazine orders
- Phone answering/queries
- Delivering and swapping of magazines
- Book Keeping - entering bills into xero system and managing purchases
- Preparing weekly packing orders through our software
- Stickering magazines/Cleaning plastic covers
- All other office adhoc duties – filing, data entry, stationary orders etc

- Presentable, good communication and time management skills
- Willing to drive around Auckland suburbs and enjoy being out and about
- Self – motivated
- Have an eye for detail
- Good listener
- Naturally shows initiative and is able to work on their own.
- Reasonable standard of computer literacy.
- No criminal convictions

Applicants for this position should have a full NZ drivers license and a valid NZ work visa.

We are looking for someone who lives closer to Pakuranga area, enjoys office and admin role and someone who has a proven, reliable work history. Basic computing skills required.
