Painter

As the contracting business continues to grow, we would require a carpenter who is experienced in their trade, have the ability to undertake a high volume of work within a specified time frame and who want to work with a great team. We also require a Painter who are experienced in repair and renovation works and are able to work unsupervised with a professional attitude.

The work is based all over Auckland and some travel is required to attend jobs on a daily basis.

The Candidate

We are looking for a candidate that possess the following attributes:

Trade background in painting
A minimum of 3 years' trade experience or NZ Registered qualification
Ability to work unsupervised and instruct a small team.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent problem solving skills.
A can do/make it happen attitude and exceptional work ethic that fits in with our team.
Organised and punctual.
A professional and hands on approach to work.
Good communicator with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
Well-presented and able to switch between tradesman and company representative.
Own vehicle and trade tools.
Successfully pass drug and alcohol testing.

CABINET MAKER

As the contracting business continues to grow, we would require a plumber who is
experienced in their trade, have the ability to undertake a high volume of work within a
specified time frame and who want to work with a great team. We also require a plumber
who are experienced and able to perform a number of different duties varying from new
housing, maintenance, break down service work and repair. Must be able to work
unsupervised with a professional attitude.
The work is based all over Auckland and some travel is required to attend jobs on a daily
basis.

THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for a candidate that possess the following attributes:

Trade background in house and commercial cabinetry
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the building industry.
Experience in reading and interpreting plans and ability to work out those plans.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent problem solving skills.
experience with solid timber and steel.
A can do/make it happen attitude and exceptional work ethic that fits in with our
team.
Organised and punctual.
A professional and hands on approach to work.
Good communicator with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
