Due to rapid growth and success in the wider Auckland Area this thriving business is looking for a motivated new member to take hold of the excellent opportunities we are seeking a Project Supervisor/HVAC Installer to join our Auckland Team to starting January 2022.
No matter the role, you need to be able to work as part of a team, fit in with the awesome people we have working with us, but also be able to work by yourself when needed and confident to make decisions when required. There may be trade hands or apprentices working with you at times to help as well. We encourage training so Apprentices are a part of our business.
This is a foreman/project supervisor role, you need to be able to make decisions when required and stand by them. You will need to supervise staff on project sites and ensure their work is to a high standard and also be on the tools also to ensure projects meet their timeline. You will be have to be a fully HVAC Qualified and experienced person completing quality installations.

Must be fully trade qualified HVAC Engineer/Refrigeration
Manage our on-site installation team, with an emphasis on creating a positive, safe working environment
Working with internal and external stakeholders
Provide installation and other services on projects
Must have EST or Full Practicing Licence
Full clean driver’s license.
Previous Experience in a similar role
Refrigerant Handlers License
A New Zealand Resident
Strong communication skills (oral and written)
Able to work on own without supervision if required and have extreme pride in your standard of work.
Interpreting HVAC installation drawings and diagrams
The ability deliver high quality results.

Attend worksites as needed. Residential / Light Commercial installations
Punctual with great timekeeping.
Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality of work
The ability to read plans and understand technical documentation
Good knowledge of health and safety practices
Able to take direction.
Work well with others and by yourself.
