Steel fixer (Tie-Hand)
Davies Contractors is responsible for reinforcing steel placement Nationwide.
Basic details/requirements around the position:
Must be able to place and handle reinforcing steel safely and efficiently. Also be able to use hand and power tools. Work co-operatively with team members to identify and eliminate problems in the installation. As a team we make sure health and safety is a key priority.
Requirements:
Ideally steel fixing experience as a tie-hand
Reliable
Able to work well In a team
Positive attitude and good work ethic
Pass a pre-deployment drug test
Have your own transport
Current site safe or construct safe
Good communication skills
Benefits to joining our team:
Willing to work around New Zealand and be flown home every 2nd Weekend
All necessary PPE, tools and belts will be provided
Minimum guaranteed 30 hours, average working week 50-55 hours.
Working on new and interesting projects.
