Must have proven work experience and contactable referees
A great work ethic/not afraid to get their hands dirty.
Has all their own power tools & hand tools.
great understanding of health & safety (site safe / construct safe advantageous).
Good comprehension of the English language.
Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
