An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced team leader - landscaper , builder or concrete placer
to join our award winning family business based in Rolleston.
The job involves
• Hard landscaping, lawns, timberwork , pergolas, decks, sheds, irrigation, paving, fences, raised gardens , water features, outdoor
Kitchens, fires and more ….
• Constructing boxing for driveways, carparks, patios, foundations, kerbs & paths.
• Backfilling and compacting hardfill to correct levels .
• Placing concrete to a range of desired finishes (e.g. exposed aggregate, sponge, stamped).
• Operating a range of power tools / compactors , concrete saw, diggers and truck.
• Reading plans and following instructions.
• Working both unsupervised and part of a team.
The requirements
• experience in a similar role undertaking building work, landscapingor concrete work.
• Experience in placing concrete, must be able to screed, trowel/ finish acid wash, cut and seal concrete, hard and soft landscaping.
• A current Class 1 or 2 license.
• Physical fitness.
• Must be able to pass a drug test / police check.
• Excellent communication skills and can follow instructions.
