Description
Belfast timber seeks the services of two experienced Timber Machinists who have a proven track record with a minimum of 3 years experience.
The applicant will need to have his forklift licence, covering both OSH certificate and F endorsement.
They will need to have experience
machining a full range of timber products from simple dressing jobs to technical profiles and have the skills to make, grind and sharpen profile knives in both tungsten and HSS using
a profile grinder.
The successful applicant will be self motivated and able to work as part of a
team who understands the right balance between quality and productivity.
They will also have a high standard of both written and oral communication.
We are a long established company who operate from modern premises using the latest timber processing machinery,
we can provide a variety of interesting work machining many timber species including exotics & native timber.
Regular hours are generally available to be worked, commencing at 6.30am, 5 days per week and we do work periodically on Saturdays.
We are not on a public transport system therefore your own transport is essential.
and we operate a zero tolerance drug free work site.
