We offer a varied working environment delivering services to residential and commercial properties across Auckland, so you will need to have good time management and be able to work to a high-standard autonomously, but also work well as part of the team.
You will be entering our clients homes and workplaces so you must be able to pass stringent background checks, have a professional appearance and attitude, as well as the ability to relate and interact well with different people, and a strong desire to deliver an excellent client experience and maintain positive relationships with our clients. You will also need some cash handling skills and have some computer literacy as you will be required to use company software/apps.
Ideally you will already hold (or have previously held) IICRC certification, but training and certification may be provided to an otherwise ideal candidate.
The successful candidate will be provided with all the tools necessary, including a GPS tracked vehicle, top-of-the-line van-mounted and portable machines, and a company phone and operating software.

Have excellent communication skills and genuine respect for others
Have a strong attention to detail and excellent time-keeping skills
Have a tidy and professional personal presentation
Be reliable and trustworthy
Be physically fit and capable
Hold a full, clean, New Zealand drivers’ licence
Clear pre-employment screening: drug and alcohol, and Ministry of Justice checks
Have the right to work in New Zealand
Potential Candidates would also ideally:
Hold (or have previously held) IICRC Qualifications in carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning or flood restoration
