Hiring Now:
We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic, high energy, hardworking and qualified Welder, Fabricator and or Coach builder with a good eye for quality and detail and with experience to join our Team. The key purpose of this role is in Undertaking fabrication, coach building and vehicle assessable. This may includes welding (TIG and MIG), cutting and shaping panels of sheet metal and aluminum.
We are seeking a team player with a “Can-do” attitude, who takes pride in their work and who is willing to go the extra mile to help the team in a fun, fast paced work environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

To have an excellent standard of workmanship.
Skills in cutting and shaping panels of sheet metal and aluminium.
Experience in working with stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminium including TIG and MIG Welding.
Manufacturing and assembling frames, panels, and parts for vehicles.
Ability to deliver a high standard of work to meet customer expectations.
Min 5 years’ experience, preferably within the coach building industry but not essential
Be safety conscious and innovative.

Qualifications:

Trade qualification or equivalent time served.
Ability to interpret plans and instructions.
Experience with an array of workshop equipment.
An interest in design and fabrication of metals.
High technical skill with a strong work ethic and a focus on quality.
The ability to problem solve.
High energy levels and the ability to work autonomously.
