Embroidery Works is a well-established New Zealand owned and operated full service specialist branding company offering Embroidery, Screen Printing, Digital and Printed transfers. They are based in Avondale in West Auckland and provide branding services to a market including promotional companies, sportswear, uniforms, corporate and fashion.
They are now seeking an experienced Screenprinter to join their team on their evening shift. Hours are 3.30 pm to midnight, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing screen printing stencils
Mixing and loading ink
Printing on a variety of substrates
Troubleshooting technical and quality control issues
Cleaning and general maintenance of screen printing equipment
Working to a pre-determined production schedule
The successful applicant will have or demonstrate the following:
Experience as a Screen Printer
Ability to work under pressure and is well organised and structured in approach
Clear vision with correct colour perception
Ability to follow clear instructions.
Willingness to handle and mix chemicals used in screen printing ink and cleaning products
Applicants for this position must have NZ residency or who are currently in NZ on a long term valid work visa
