About the Role
As we deliver more large public infrastructure projects, we need to focus more on our stakeholder management strategies, as well as bolstering our internal and external communications capabilities. We are now looking for an industry-experienced Stakeholder and Communications Manager to join us and make the role their own. We are looking for a self-starter with a great attitude, eager to create an exceptional community engagement function within a wonderful company. Reporting to the People Operations Manager, this role will offer a lot of autonomy and trust once the strategies and guidelines have been agreed.

The typical hours of work will be 8am-5pm Monday - Friday. Occasionally projects and other matters may require attention outside of these normal working hours.

Skills & Experience Required

5+ years' experience as a Stakeholder and/or Communications Manager (or similar) in the construction industry
Relevant tertiary qualification
Public Relations/Communications/Marketing training (ideally)
Well-experienced in developing and implementing engagement strategies
Excellent writing and creative writing skills, producing interesting and informative content as appropriate
A positive and fun-loving attitude, contributing to a satisfying and enjoyable workday at the office!
