Description

We are seeking applicants for a full-time Office Administrator role, at our office based in Christchurch.
You will be responsible for managing phone enquiries and general office administration tasks. Drainage knowledge is not essential. You will be the key contact for our customers and it will be a role you can really make your own - a mix of administration, reception and office management.

About the role:

Hours will be Monday To Friday 9am-3pm (hours can be changed if needed for the right candidate)
Support The Manager With Admin / Reception Tasks
Data Entry & Filing
Answer Phone Calls & Respond To Emails
Sales & Customer Service
Timesheets
Check Invoices Against Statements
Keep The Office Area Tidy
General Admin (I.e.: Invoicing, Supplier Invoices, Scheduling, Timesheet Entry, Etc.)
