Programme Manager required for OSCAR after school childcare programmes.
Role includes; childcare, child transport, limited administration tasks and team leadership.
Role is based at our Omokoroa No'1 School site but may include some cover work at our Point School site.
15-20 hours per week during term time rising to potentially 30-40 during holiday programmes.
We require an organised and efficient manager, capable of maintaining high standards, communicating effectively with staff and maintaining the strict standards and procedures of the company.
During term time, the hours are:
2.30 - 6 daily
During Holiday periods, shifts are undertaken between the hours of:
7.00 am and 6.00pm daily.
For the manager role, we are looking for at least 2-3 years experience of childcare, some management experience and some experience leading and coaching sports and outdoor activity. Creativity, patience and a little personality are also highly useful.
Pay rate will be negotiated based on skills and experience.
Police checks must be completed prior to start.
