Thirsty Acres Kirwee is 6 months old and growing at a rapid pace. We’re now looking for an exceptional people leader to help us expand.
Our Venue Manager will be an individual who is creative, is passionate about building the place where everyone wants to be and is looking for somewhere to make their mark on the hospitality industry in Canterbury.
As a Venue Manager, you will be creative and business driven while also working to develop your amazing team. You’ll be expected to hit the ground running and be eager to get stuck right in. This role is a very hands-on operational position requiring presence during key service times to ensure the team is performing in all areas of the venue. Balancing the need for speed, effective and thoughtful service with attention to the smaller details is our style.
Thirsty Acres has a lot of potential, and we are needing a leader who will help the venue live up to its potential. In this role, you will gain valuable experience working closely with the business owners and will have access and support from one of the leading hospitality coaches in the country.
This is a full-time position. The starting salary/wage will be negotiated based on your previous experience.
