If you have had at least one years’ experience working on a dairy farm and would like to work for employers who are prepared to train you, then this could be the job for you. We don’t expect you to know a lot about farming however it would be an advantage if you were familiar with most aspects of dairy farming and confident riding a two-wheeler motor bike. The start date for this position is February 2019.
This property is 180ha with a 40-bale rotary shed and a covered feed pad. The farm is situated approximately 10 minutes from Waiuku. The accommodation is a two-bedroom cottage with a double garage. A competitive salary and a good roster are offered with this role.
You need to be eligible to work in NZ, have a clean Police record and a good attitude towards Health & Safety and Environmental awareness.
You must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test. The successful applicant may undergo regular drug testing at the employer’s discretion without notice.
You are required to have a Full NZ or Restricted drivers licence.
