We are a company that manages Airbnb properties in Auckland central, we now have properties that require a “caretaker”
You’ll be responsible for cleaning and preparing a property for the next guests.
Cleaning can happen anytime that suits you between 10.15am - 3pm, you can choose when you clean the property, as long as it’s completed before 3pm.
You will only have a clean on the day a guest checks out, work amount will vary depending on how long a guest stays for.
Guests can leave on any day of the week, so you must be flexible to work weekends if a clean falls on that day.
Requirements: smart phone, own transport, eye for detail, if you’re not naturally fussy about cleaning then this won’t work for you.
