We also work hard to make sure our team feel as valued as our customers. Due to internal promotions, we have an exciting opportunity to add 2 new dispatchers to our Mt Maunganui based team.
We are looking to add a Crane Dispatcher and a Hiab Dispatcher who will liaise directly with the customers to establish job requirements, ensuring specific details are captured and passed onto our Operators via our electronic dispatch system. Then the fun part begins - figuring out which operator and which asset will be used for each job.
Juggling and negotiating will be one of your many talents as will, customer service and problem solving. This role works as part of a team therefore, you must be able be flexible, a good communicator and willing to pitch in at all times.
Previous experience as a Dispatcher would be a definite advantage, as would some knowledge of either the transport or construction industries. You'll hold a NZ drivers licence, be computer literate and most importantly you need to be an outgoing, confident person who thrives on being busy.
