Due to the upcoming retirement of one of our experienced and highly valued Team Members, we are seeking a practical rural business professional to lead and grow Donaghys Crop Protection and Export businesses.
This is a varied role working with our current Customers & Sales, Factory and Head Office Teams in addition to bringing New Products and Customers into the business.
This exciting opportunity will suit a person who understands both business and farming.
Key objectives of the position include:
Responsibility for the maintenance and growth of Donaghys Crop Protection, N-Boost and Export businesses
New business development
Project management
Strategic input as a member of the Senior Management Team
The successful applicant is likely to have:
Business experience in the rural sector
Proven financial acumen
An understanding of farming
Attention to detail
Superior people skills
