Our Timaru abattoir facility, Freshpork Bay City, is New Zealand’s largest pork abattoir.
We are looking for Labouring staff to join our team.
As part of our Production Crew you will be completing a range of manual handling tasks that support daily slaughter operations and set up.
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a good attitude and be reliable
Flexibility to respond to production requirements
Need to be physically fit as there is some heavy lifting.
Starting between 4:30am and 5:30am, you’ll work 5 rostered days a week Sunday to Friday. You need to be available to work some Sundays. There are options to work on rostered days off.
