We are looking for -

With a minimum 2 years food industry manager experience. preferable who worked for a pizza shop and already t know how to make and cut pizzas in the busy time.

We are looking for someone who has natural customer service and sales capability. For a suitable candidate there will be number of avenues for future training and growth.

Responsibility's and Duties of the role
- Assist in building sales to meet company goals
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist in enforcing safety and security standards
- Uphold policies and standards
- Assist in maintaining effective communication at all times
- Assist in providing training to team members
- Enforce product quality standards at all times
- The shop is a busy and demanding workplace, especially on Friday and Saturday nights, so the ability to handle pressure is a must.

The job requirements also include:
-Managing the staff and resources
-Customer satisfaction and resolving complaints
-Managing the cash flow on shift
-Safety and security

we are looking for a dedicated person having a great attitude and customer oriented personality. You will be responsible for shunning the shift and handling with day-to-day issues and reporting back to Assistant Manager/Store Manager.

DELIVERY EXPERTS (

The delivery drivers are the first ones to get in communication with our customers and we are very much concerned about our brand and service standards. All the candidates applying for this role should be fluent in English, customer friendly and have good communication skills. The job role is available full time as well as part time, weekends and late nights.

-The delivery experts should have a valid driving license.
