About the role:
They are on the hunt for a junior to intermediate development manager to support their senior development managers on various of their residential, commercial and mixed use development projects. This individual would be reviewing terms, contracts, and leases. They will be updating feasibility reporting, tracking spend and tracking budget. There will be an element of reporting monthly to the client, or completing project reports.
About the candidate:
This individual will have at least 2 years in the industry, and is looking to get involved within the development space. You will have excellent abilities within Microsoft Office and have done reporting. This individual could come from a Business Analyst background or even a legal background. Written and verbal communication must be top notch. They are looking for a motivated individual who takes initiative to go above and beyond.
