Short Term Holiday Rental Property Manager
Five Star Focused manage 25+ holiday properties in Mount Maunganui and Papamoa. Our properties are rented out to guests holidaying in the area. We are looking for a full-time property manager to work with our small team.
The role is varied and includes management of guest bookings via our Property Management system, cleaning checks, arranging emergency and ongoing maintenance of properties, meeting and checking guests into properties, collecting laundry and scheduling cleaners. Financial, system and database management, marketing and website advertising.
The hours do require some flexibility depending on guest emergencies and time of the year.
Skills required
Previous experience working in Short Term Holiday Rentals or Property Management.
Efficient computer skills, tech savvy.
Excellent communication.
High attention to detail.
Self driven and organised.
Good level of fitness.
Capable of multitasking.
This position would suit someone with high energy that loves dealing and communicating with people. Positive attitude and capable to productively manage staff. Thrives on being organised.
You will need your own car and ideally live in the mount or papamoa. Summer and holidays are our peak times, so you will need to be prepared to work during those periods.
There is potential for growth in this position after training and longevity to earn a higher income up to $100,000k per year based on additional commission.
