We are looking for a standout Property Manager/Assistant Property Manager to join our small but growing boutique company based in Hataitai. Experience preferred, but if you are keen to start a career in property management, will also be considered.
You will be someone with a passion for property, can prioritise and have great attention to detail. Also important is the ability to easily build and maintain effective relationships across a wide range of people.

The role includes:
Processing rental applications
Routine Inspections
Property Condition reports
Leasing viewings
Managing maintenance requests
What you will bring to the role:
Commitment to provide a high level of customer service to landlords and tenants
Strong administrative skills, proficient with using Apple technology desirable but not a requirement.
Highly motivated with a positive attitude
Attention to detail
Well presented
Adaptable working style
Previous experience not necessary but a willingness to learn and go the extra mile is essential.
Full training will be provided. You will be rewarded with a remuneration package including cell-phone and use of a company car for work travel during operating hours.
