About us:
Our team has been jamming in hospitality for 20+ years and we have gathered our experience from all around the world! We are all extremely passionate about food and thrive on creating memorable meals for our clients. Toast Group comprises of Toast Catering, Spitroast Catering, Catering Catering and Fairway Events Centre.
Our events range from small house parties for 40 guests and up to banquets for over 500 guests.
About the role:
We are looking for standout team leaders to be an important part of our Front of House team. The ideal candidates would have experience in restaurants, cafes or events who can problem solve on the spot while still keeping a smile on their face. You’d be mature, can take initiative, are able to motivate a team and still have fun!
We value people who are committed to making a meaningful guest experience and confident in getting the job done.
We take a very hands-on approach so we are looking for people who are comfortable both leading an event and happy to help out where needed. We drive to the events from our base in the North Shore so a clean, full driver’s license is desirable.
Working Hours:
Our shifts range from 4-10hrs with a strong demand for Saturday evenings. We do also have shifts during work hours for conferences at Fairway Events Centre.
We pay above industry standards and really take care of our staff.
