****Area Manager Wanted****
We own and operate a number of Domino’s Pizza stores around Auckland and we are currently looking for an Area Manager who will be responsible for organizing and implementing staff development programs across a number of stores to ensure these stores consistently meet business goals.
The role will entail the following responsibilities:
Plan and develop suitable training programmes for managers and other staff to meet the
company’s objectives;
Review and ensure all stores are meeting quality standards and achieving set profit goals;
Work with store managers to set targets and improve operational systems for each store;
Inspire leadership and provide practical feedback for improvement.
Enforcing safety and security standards
We are looking for someone with :
•Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant work experience, ideally within a fast food / quick service environment and at least 3-4 years fast food management experience.
•A tertiary qualification in business/Hospitality or management is also essential.
•Proven knowledge or experience of planning and implementing training and management initiatives;
•A strong background in leadership roles;
•Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential;
•Engaging with our business and flexibility to work on seven days shift;
•Basic knowledge of MS excel and MS word;
•Food handling skills/knowledge required. Food Hygiene and Safety Certificates 167-168 will be the benefit.
Must hold a valid driver's license
