We're looking for experienced minion to serve Hellishly good food from our busy kitchen. Wicked customer service skills, the ability to work in a team with a sense of humour are essential. You’ll need to be able to keep a cool head under pressure and work like a demon.
Everyone we’ll be hiring must have a fantastic work ethic. Those that have Pizza Store experience are preferred but if you can show us that you’ve got the right attitude and smarts then we’re really keen to hear from you too.

Hell’s Pizza Petone is looking for an Assistant/Duty manager with a can-do attitude.
The shop is a busy and demanding workplace, especially on Friday and Saturday nights, so the ability to handle pressure is a must.

Responsibilities and Duties of the role:

Provide an excellent level of customer service and drive a customer service culture across the store.
Be responsible for running shifts and the store in the Managers absence
Train and coach staff and drive performance
improving and Maintaining Hell Standards
Building on the overall reputation of HELL brand and Store
Be part of ordering, managing wastage and controlling labour costs
Assist with the overall running and management of a busy fast food environment.
Implementing Health & Safety procedures;
Carry out local store marketing activities constantly in accordance with the local store marketing plan and any other instructions issued by the franchisee and/or head office.
Manage the flow of orders through the kitchen and out on delivery, keeping track of wait times, customer demand, so that orders are delivered to customers quickly and on time.

Key Requirements:

1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in fast food industry, preferably in Hells Pizza stores or similar food business.
Business or related diploma qualification preferable.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent pizza making skills.
Basic Computer skills, strong knowledge on Microsoft Office (excel, outlook, word).
167 & 168 Food and Hygiene certificate preferable.
Should have availability to cater needs of the store which include specific opening and closing hours which includes weekends and public holidays.
Must have Own transportation & NZ Full class 1 license.
